Dear Kehillah Community,

On behalf of the Board of Trustees of Kehillah, I am happy to announce the hiring of Cal/West Educators Placement as the outside search firm for our Head of School search. Cal/West is the premier recruitment firm specializing in the personalized placement of educators and school leaders in independent and private schools throughout California. Our team leader will be Lee Miller, Cal/West's President. Lee has over 20 years experience in the independent and private school arena and we are looking forward to working with her and other members of her group to find the best possible candidate to lead Kehillah in the coming years.

Over the next several months, the progress of our search will be documented on Kehillah's website. Our next steps will include the opportunity for our various constituent groups to voice their thoughts regarding the search. Emails will be going out with specific dates that Cal/West will be visiting Kehillah. I hope as many of you as possible will join us for the first step in this journey.
