"Kehillah emphasizes that Jews are people who give back to the world."

Community Service

In accordance with our school’s commitment to tikkun olam (repairing the world), all Kehillah Jewish High School Students need to complete 80 hours of community service during their time at Kehillah (20 hours each of their four academic years).  Opportunities for community service are integrated into the school year, and include a schoolwide full day of service throughout the community for different causes and needs.  Class trips include community service components, and different student groups work on particular projects throughout the year.
